We came up with a large group of friends (again) and had a fantastic time (apart from putting up the tent in the rain on friday). This is a well thought out event with something for everyone. My two teenage sons decided at the last minute to enter their first 10k race, and then joined in with the relays on the sunday, they enjoyed it so much. Our group also took advantage of the mountain bike trails and go-ape . We had about 20 kids under 5, and they had a fantastic time playing around all weekend. Well done LLLR Team.
First time at the event and first time doing a 10k Trail. Only 1 comment can sum up the weekend that I and my wife and son had. Fantastic. We loved the whole weekend and will be back next year. Hopefully we can bring more people with us to enjoy the atmosphere? Well done
Another great weekend, its my second year running at the lllr events and yet again I had a great time. I missed the Tamworth race this year due to illness, so I was thrilled that I was well enough to race this weekend. I love it!! Its a great opportunity for all the family to enjoy a weekend together. I have sent the link through to my club secretary as a recommendation for a club event to enter next year.

Thanks to everyone for a superb weekend – this is what running is all about!! Great location with superb facilities for the whole family. I came up from Somerset & camped till Monday with my two little boys, we all had such a good weekend. Family were able to drop in to show their support & help with the kids. A special thanks must go out to the race marshalls & commentator who were just amazing & so supportive. The music in the forest was a really nice touch. I loved every minute of it & will definitely return next year. Please pre-book the sunshine again

We had a fantastic time at the weekend at your festival, and are planning to come back and camp next year.
Only question is, all 3 of my children took part in the fun mile, and one was very excited thinking she was in the top 10, but we can’t find the results anywhere. I know they were given race numbers, so please – where are the results?

Many thanks to Sam, the LLLR team and all supporters who made the event possible. My family and I had a fantastic weekend. I wondered how you could improve from last years weekend but you certainly raised the bar in improving on the festival from last year, with the offering of onsite entertainment etc.. As a runner we often take events for granted by just turning up and expecting everything to be there, and as a organising team you certainly did that. I look forward to returning next year for the third LLLR festival.
