Q. When does my race pack get sent out?

A. You should receive your race pack the week before the actual event. If you have a problem it can be sorted on the day at our information tent.

Q. Where on Cannock Chase is the actual event?

A. Massive. That’s the actual size of Cannock Chase! The entrance you need to get to is the Birches Valley visitor centre and for those with the SatNav’s the postcode is WS15 2UQ. Drive Into the car park and you will see signs pointing you in the right direction!

Q. I want to camp for the weekend what facilities are available?

A. There is a wide range of activities to keep you and the family entertained throughout the weekend. This along with hot showers and toilets, makes for a very happy camper. Hot and cold food will also be available for the duration of the festival…Don’t forget about our pasta party on Saturday night..With live music and everything!For more information on the camping please see our dedicated camping page on the website.

Q. This is my first event and I’m worried about getting lost, how clear is the course marked?

A. Have no fear; the course is extremely clear with marshals posted around the course. Cannock Chase is a national park so there may be pedestrians but they will know there is an event on, and will keep well out of the way.

Q. Hi I’ve got a terrible condition called Ornithoscelidaphobia will this affect my weekend?

A. Arr.. the common fear of Dinosaurs. Think you might be okay…watch out for the odd deer though!

Q. Parking?

A. Due to the number of campers this year we will have a car park approximately 100m from the camping site. Once you arrive onsite you will be directed to this by our marshals
